1. Buatlah dalam excel list nomor whatsapp dan variabel yang diinginkan lalu save sebagai file excel (.xlsx), PASTIKAN MENULIS NOMOR DIMULAI DENGAN KODE NEGARA, contoh formatnya seperti ini:
sebenarnya baris pertama ( [no_wa], [var1], dst ) tidak perlu ditulis namun untuk memudahkan penjelasan maka kami tulis seperti itu.
2. Selanjutnya konversi format (.xlsx) menjadi (.csv), untuk mudahnya silahkan search di Google "Convert excel to CSV online", kami ambil contoh menggunakan Convertio.co dengan tahapan sebagai berikut:
Pilih file yang tadi sudah di save di komputer Anda,
jika sudah, silahkan pastikan semuanya benar lalu klik "Konversi" dan tunggu loading selesai,
silahkan klik tombol "Download",
setelah itu Anda akan mendapatkan list broadcast Anda yang telah berubah format menjadi CSV seperti ini:
3. Selanjutnya silahkan ke menu tab broadcast di dashboard woowa, lalu upload file CSV tadi:
setelah memilih file maka tunggu sampai muncul notifikasi "Success" seperti ini:
jika Anda klik "OK" maka halaman akan melakukan reload otomatis lalu akan muncul tampilan seperti ini:
4. Tahap selanjutnya adalah membuat template pesan broadcast, ada dua unsur yang perlu diperhatikan:
- spintext, kata-kata bermakna mirip (sinonim) yang dipisahkan oleh tanda "|" yang bertujuan untuk melakukan spin/acak kata agar template yang dikirim ke nomor A tidak identik sama dengan yang dikirim ke nomor B dan C dan D dan seterusnya, contoh penerapannya sebagai berikut:
"{haaloooo|selamat pagi|hai} customerku" saat di broadcast akan memunculkan variasi:
a)haaloooo customerku
b)selamat pagi customerku
c)hai customerku
- variabel, kita dapat memanggil data di dalam list kontak menggunakan variabel dengan cara menulis "[varx]", x adalah urutan variabelnya dari kiri ke kanan setelah variabel [no_wa], contohnya:
"6285974568372,Agus,kaos,Rp80.000"
maka ketika kita menulis [no_wa] di template broadcast, yang akan terpanggil adalah 6285974568372, ketika menulis [var1] maka yang akan terpanggil Agus, [var2] kaos, dan [var3] Rp80.000.
Tujuan 2 unsur diatas yaitu spintext dan variabel adalah untuk menurunkan risiko ter blokirnya nomor whatsapp yang digunakan untuk broadcast, karena salah satu alasan nomor ter blokir adalah pengiriman pesan massal yang konten pesannya identik/sama persis.
Maka contoh penulisan template broadcast adalah sebagai berikut:
5. Setelah semuanya siap, pastikan sudah memilih nomor pengirim yang telah ber status phone_online (sudah scan qr code), lalu pilih list mana saja yang akan dikirim atau bisa juga langsung pilih semuanya, kemudian klik "Send All" :
setelah itu satu per satu list nomor akan berubah statusnya menjadi "message sent" seperti ini:

Pesan akan terkirim dengan jeda interval antara 1-30 detik secara acak oleh sistem Woowa untuk menghindari terdeteksi sebagai robot, kami tidak mementingkan kecepatan disini, namun keamanan nomor WA Anda lebih utama.

3. Next, please go to the broadcast tab menu on the Woowa dashboard, then upload the CSV file earlier:
after selecting the file then wait for the "Success" notification to appear like this:
if you click "OK" then the page will reload automatically and a display like this will appear:
4. The next step is to create a broadcast message template, there are two elements that need attention:
- spintext, group of words which have similar meanings (synonyms) separated by "|" which aims to do spin / random words so that the template sent to number A is not identical to the one sent to numbers B and C and D and so on, the example of the application is as follows, "{haaloooo|good morning|hi} my customer", when you do the broadcast it will bring up variations:
a) haaloooo my customer
b) good morning my customer
c) hi my customer
- variables, we can call data in the contact list using variables by writing "[varx]", x is the order of variables from left to right after the variable [no_wa], for example:
"919064537262,Amitabh Bachchan,t-shirt,$40"
then when we write [no_wa] in the broadcast template, it will appear 919064537262, when writing [var1] then it will appearAmitabh Bachchan, [var2] t-shirt, and [var3] $40.
The purpose of the two elements above (spintext and variables), are to reduce the risk of whatsapp numbers been banned 'cause of broadcasts activity, because one of banned number's main reason is the number send bulk identical messages in the same time.
Then the example of writing a broadcast template is as follows:
5. When everything is ready, make sure you select the sender number that has the status phone_online (already scanned qr code), then select which list will be sent or you can also directly select all list, then click "Send All":
after that you'll see each status for every number will change to "Message Sent" like this:
*DON'T CLOSE YOUR BROWSER UNTIL ALL LIST BEEN SENT
The messages will be sent with a random interval between 1-30 seconds by the Woowa system to avoid being detected as a robot, we don't concern about speed here, instead the security of your WA number is more important.
